Panda Garden — Restaurant in Elgin

I came to this place because my favorite Chinese place was closed and because it had good reviews. If yall consider this the best Chinese place then y'all haven't tried any other Chinese place around Columbia/Two notch. They didn't even give me a price over the phone and i know why, because they knew once they gave me that price I would've said nevermind. I order beef of the stick and 7 cut wings with lomein y'all that was $29. When I got there I askd the men why was it that much no response. They add on extra charges that doesn't make sense. I could have gotten more for $29 from China garden on parklane. I couldn't even feed my husband with this. It's ridiculous!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. This is my family go to chinese restaurant since there isn't many to choose from in the Camden, Lugoff, Elgin area. Our food is always good and it takes ten minutes for them to make our 4 plates of food. So by the time we get there it is ready. On one occasion our order did get messed up. I called them, the lady was super nice told us to keep the messed up plate and our fixed order was ready for pick when I got there. Normally not too bad, but today it was awful. Just ordered some crab ragoons. When I went in some lady was there who couldn't make up her mind, as I'm standing there watching my food get cold. After finally placing her order and its my turn, the phone rings. Thinking he would put them on hold and take care of me...wrong! He went on and took their order(rude).
