
Whomever owns this Pjs needs to get their staff and priorities in order fast. Or we think this place will go out of business!
The staff is super slow at responding, especially at drive thru. If they run out of something they need to advertise that as well or if the intercom at drive thru is broken!
This is the second time we came here and went thru the drive through and just absolute worst service ever. We came here this AM and we saw a car that appeared to just drive off and now we know why they probably waited as we did. A car pulled up behind us and then left as well. We sat at the drive thru for what seemed an eternity. We said hello, least twice and no one answered. So we left and pulled in a parking spot and my husband went in, they didn't have any of the breakfast items we were going to order ( so again advertise if you run out of something! ) My husband mentioned the drive thru and said is it broken and they said uh yeah yeah it's broken, um ok ( again advertise if something is broken ) The service here inside and especially outside drive thru need to get better, it's clear that the service has gone downhill here.

Read moreI went to these place on Sunday to get coffee and something to eat first time there so I ordered paid and leave , my family and I went to grace church first time too and because the pastries that I have before church there was delicious we went back after church to buy more I was 2:00 pm so I walk to pj’s and the door was closed so I said why if it says that close at 3:00 one of the employees came and said that there were close because someone call out and there were short of staff so I told him yeah but I would like to bought some pastries and stuff so he open the door after else enter and I try to order the order guy who work there scream at him and say I already close the register and I said what is not even 3:00pm so I get upset and we leave, you know that places was empty with no customers not busy the first time when i went and the close before the time not good , the coffee and the pastries delicious but the service terrible they need to have responsable people who wants to work the complete schedule and treat customer better not...
Read moreI went in to PJs this morning, and from the menu, I wanted to order an iced coffee. The young lady at the register asked did I want Americano, cold brew, or mocha. I stated that I wanted it exactly as it was listed on the menu, except I was going to sub the milk for oat milk. The other young lady working in the store then proceeds to tell me that they have to read it as it is listed in their system. I said ok, so I want the iced coffee. Again, we are back at discussing what’s in the system versus what’s on the menu. We actually begin debating about it. Now, I am all for a good debate, but I don’t know what is in your system, I’m just ordering what I like on the menu. If the system is different from the menu then make the menu and the system match. Why argue with me about what the system says and why it’s different from the menu…needless to say, I went...
