The preface of this review is my honest and upfront opinion of HAF. So here here we go!! Backstory I was on my way to one of the local chain gyms in the area to sign a one year contract and something told to me to do a google search for gyms near my location--and Boy am I glad I did as I found a true diamond in the ruff with HAF: Super great location Reasonable rates compared to the competition Open 24 hours Super clean Has all the latest equipment with some oldies but goodies hiding in the back Did i mentioned open 24 hours Tim the owner is absolutely top notch and does personal training 5 days a week for seasoned lifters and or beginners No matter if you are a pro or just starting out I highly recommend giving this place a chance---you will not be disappointed. I heard about Health Advantage Fitness through a friend who is a member after complaining to her how I wasn't cut out for "big box" gyms like Planet Fitness etc. but needed a change in my lifestyle. I set up a meeting with the owner, Tim French, thinking I would just commit to a few sessions and that'd be it. Well I was wrong. It's been 4 months, and I look forward to my early morning personal training sessions with Tim each week. His positive and encouraging personality is contagious and sets the tone for my day. I have been working out here at Health Advantage for many years, it has a warmth about the place and the people that are there and of course the trainer and owner Tim goes out of his way to make sure that you get the workout you need and does his best to see that you get the end result as long as you follow what he tells you to do both working out and nutrition. I recommend this place all the time to my friends and people that I meet that are looking to make themselves better and that's what Tim tries to do for anybody who comes to him to use his facility thanks Tim for an awesome place!
