I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I came in for a fill after three weeks, the technician initially denied that my nails were their work due to excessive lifting. After I assured him that I had not gone elsewhere, he insinuated that I was lying, which was frustrating and unprofessional.

Pricing was also inconsistent—I was told a fill with two nail repairs would be $60, but a full set would cost $70 ($60 plus $10 for removal). When they removed my nails, they didn’t soak them off properly; instead, they ripped them off, which is damaging to my natural nails.

The application process was also careless. They didn’t trim or shape my natural nails before applying the new set, leaving them uneven. Now, as I look at my nails, some are bulky and thick while others have sharp edges.

I wanted acrylic nails soaked off, manicure, and clear nail polish. Nail tech was not very nice. I was a little nervous about having the acrylic nails removed with the drill. She was rude about me being nervous. Waterless manicure. Didn’t do a good job. No wonder the shop was empty. First and last time going there. Also charged extra $10 without informing me. Pay with cash so they don’t charge you extra money and you not know they’re doing it.

Update: The owner says to give him a call back. I called back twice. The owner is not there and the woman who answered the phone don’t know when he’ll be back. She says maybe tomorrow he’ll be back. My first time here I received a gel polish service and service was AMAZING! Shop was clean, I had an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in. My 2nd time I had an appointment waited 45 minutes and had to leave. I'm not sure what's the purpose on booking an appointment and still having to wait 45 minutes.
