I would give 4 stars but the reason I am not is because I have lived near this McDonaldâs for close to 4 years now and I feel like they are always out, donât have, or canât make ice cream, or milkshakes. Itâs incredibly frustrating. I ordered from DoorDash the other night to get milkshakes because I wanted the shamrock shake because you can only get it in March and this McDonaldâs didnât have any ice cream. And when you order online like that itâs definitely a pain to get your money back. Therefore even more disappointing. Very upsetting and I also work for door dash part time so itâs even more frustrating for both ends. I donât understand why the powers to be canât either order correctly, get the machines fixed, and or replace the machines. I feel that this shouldnât be happening. McDonaldâs is one of the biggest companies in the world. Things should be replaced quickly and discreetly.
Iâm sure that they get more ice cream at some Point but I feel that every time I want it from this location they donât have it or canât make it. And I feel like every other time to almost every time I I am Iâm there I always hear about how they canât make it or donât have it. ?
Get it together McDonaldâs.
I also know this isnât completely the people that work at this location fault. Iâve never had bad experiences here besides my problem above. The people are nice for the most part.
I changed my review to 2 stars because of the quality of food wasnt good at all tonight. The fries were icky and the chicken nuggets werenât good at all. The...
Read moreThey are very rude very slow when there isn't even buisness. At drive thru window you can hear the workers swearing about customers pulling into to order. One whom complained because she was sick of getting her nails messed up an sick of dealing with ppl. Now look I understand times are hard and staff is short but don't punish a customer by displaying rude negligence in front of customers. Again there was only one other person in front of us. As we approached, the lady in the back ground said she is sick of ppl and about tired of folks coming for food and made us feel like we were a burden to come to McDonald's for food. I'm sorry times are hard but wow. That was cruel. To make a customer feel they should not be coming to a fast food buisness for food.....ummm. ok. And not to mention poor hygiene. No gloves no hair nets nothing was worn amongst food being made and wrapped up. Again I'm not trying to sound rude but if you like pulling into a fast food place only to feel you shouldn't have come to get food and have hair in it l,then fussed at then by means this is the spot for you. This was horrible and I won't come to this one again. Check your food before you eat it please. My 10 year old had hair in hers. I'm sorry things are hard and I hope it gets better but think about where your choosing to work before applying because if customer service isn't your game then don't do it. My kids and I'm sure others have ran into same issues. I'm over it. It's time for new hires north road st McDonald's. Your getting a...
Read moreThis is my 2nd visit in 2 weeks, I'll not return. This evening, after waiting for about 3 minutes, my order was interrupted to discuss a personal matter with another team member. Waited for about 10 minutes to get my simple order of a hamburger, fries, and a coke. It's no wonder... the team member preparing food was busy drinking something on the line and using his phone. While waiting in line I had to endure several personal, negative conversations at or above normal speech volume. Receiving my coke was interrupted by a team member who walked in front of the "server" while bringing me the drink, which had a puddle of coke on the lid, and was only half sealed. The dining room is fair but not real clean, and had various unused cleaning equipment near the dining tables. The restroom did not seem to have been cleaned or attended since much earlier in the day. I received poor service during my last visit, including slow and unfriendly team members. One team member even wiped her nose with the back of her hand and immediately used that hand to prepare food. The final service insult was my attempt to refill my drink before leaving. The "server" took my cup, then engaged another waiting customer (it seems ALL customers wait here). After a few minutes of waiting I had to ask for my drink, as if I was an inconvenience. Well, I'll not be an inconvenience at this McDonald's until the leadership is replaced and the team is retrained in...
