Wendy's — Restaurant in Elizabeth City

Sharing for a friend! But sounds like night crew needs someone in charge to read the riot act! "Ok.....so I don’t do this very often, but I am going to post a complaint about a local fast food restaurant. Wendy’s in Elizabeth City....(not the one across from the mall-the one across from the hospital/COA) has the worst management ever. I went through the drive thru....had to repeat my order a couple of times because the young lady was laughing at something going on inside-no big deal. That’s not my issue, just added a little more frustration, but she was very “snappy” with me when she finally decided to listen. Ok....no big deal either. Go to get my food, and I made the terrible mistake of asking for a napkin. She said “We don’t have napkins”. I said What? You don’t have any napkins.....(not sure I understood correctly) she said “Nope” (In That same snappy attitude) I said (still not understanding how this could be) “So if I came inside, there are no napkins on the tables or anywhere for your customers?” She said “Nope” and shut the window. I sat there till she came back and said....Do you have a paper towel or anything I can use to wipe my mouth?” So she went and got 4 wadded up brown paper towels from the hand washing area and gave them to me and shut the window again. I know it’s petty....not getting a napkin....and told they don’t “HAVE NAPKINS”....but her attitude was ridiculous-and Wendy’s.....if you’re going to market the juiciest burgers ever.....make sure you have napkins for your customers. If you run out-say you ran out. (Bad management) Train your employees to say that you ran out- not that you “Don’t have napkins”. That’s...

Took my daughter to grab a bite to eat after swim practice restaraunt was empty inside and maybe 2 cars in drive-thru. We ordered our food and waited over 20 min, had to remind the cashier to give us cups then had to remind her of our frosty's. 4 employees, 20min+ wait for our order and nothing had flavor the meat had been cooked to death tge mayo and ketchup was slopped all over the wrapper and sandwich. The whole experience was awful. No reason the food should have been bad or for a long wait when it was not busy. Poorly managed sanitation score said 95 but hadnt been reviewed since September and I question his score even then. The fryer they were putting the fries in a pan on was covered in black ripped/cut up garbage bags. Will not...

Lol, my granddaughter is a little eating machine. Usually, by the time church is over, she's ready to eat. She likes eating chicken nuggets & loves blueberries & other fruits. At Wendy's, you're able to substitute a cup of fresh fruit (sliced strawberries & blueberries), for the french fries in the kid's meal. I only gave 3 stars due to the fact that this was the 3rd straight time we had been there & they didn't have the fruit cup. Also, on this particular visit, the young lady who served us had an obvious "really don't want to be here" attitude & was not friendly nor polite. But, the food is always good, hot, & prompt.
