Worst service ever and the most ignorant, rasist people in there. My boyfriend and I walked in and ordered a bbq chicken, when I ordered my food in english the man who took my order was trying to act as if he didn't speak it, so I repeated it in spanish as I am cuban and speak full blown spanish, he was rude the whole time I gave him my order. He told me 15-20 minutes, there is no air conditioner, due to the heat wave so I had to wait in my car, what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes, by this point I was a bit irritated so I sent my boyfriend in to get the food, the man told him he never took my order. When went in to see what was going on the entire staff acted as if they didnt know what happened and acted as if we werent even there, they completely ignored us as if we weren't even people. I have never experience such blatent rasism in my life. Such a dispointment, I cried the whole drive home. I have never in my life been treated in that manner. I love the food from this place, never fails. I've had portuguese food from MANY locations and this place is one of my favorites. I like to go during certain hours when I know it won't be busy because when it gets PACKED? You might be waiting a good 20 minutes just for any of the workers to pay u any mind. They are rude as hell but idc, great food, just take my money!
