Do Not Stop Here. Again, DON’T STOP to Eat HERE. McDonalds in Elizabeth CO. Off the 86. Just keep on driving to Parker. Just a bunch of mess ups. Including the manager. Their employees are not trained. Went in at 4:00pm. Ordered a customized burger. It was All Wrong. Ordered a diet coke got a full sugar Dr Pepper. FRIES are always always over salted. Have a little potato with your salt. Shrivels up your fingers. Manager was there! Ridiculous! “Oh I will make you a new one”. NO! Its’s called fast food. Not rocket science! And not I will try and do it right. It’s a simple burger with simple adjustments. READ WHAT WAS REQUESTED! This store needs a revamp and retraining. Get some employees that can read and understand English. That want to do their job. You no longer let us get our own drinks and then the employees mess them up. Need a new crew and...

When this location first opened it was great which is the only reason for the 3 stars and not 1. Recently I’ve had a run in with who I believe to be the manager and 2 out of 2 times she has been rude and unprofessional. Both times the order taker missed things at the speaker and both times at the pickup window the “manager” accused me of ordering wrong. I’m not sure why it’s so hard to add apple slices to an order for my kids, but on numerous occasions they have forgotten the apple slices so I always check. Not only do they miss food on the order, but the manager will be quick to assign blame to the customer. Needless to say I won’t be returning for a while until something is done about the manager there. She needs an attitude adjustment or to find a new line of work because customer service is not one...

Very nice employees and management that seem to really like their jobs and they are always pleasant and helpful. The store and grounds are always clean and neat.

What I hate is the corporate McDonald's atmosphere. The building is the new type of McDonald's that feels like a communist gulag. It is cold and sterile. Cold, gray concrete walls. No community atmosphere AT ALL. Many times I prefer to sit and eat. Not here. I feel like I am hunched in an alley eating scraps behind a dumpster. I will drive 30 minutes to Parker of Castle Rock for the old-style building and comfort. This is certainly not the fault of this store's owners or employees.
