AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Four Corners States

Until today I would have been leaving five stars. Not this time. We purchased new headlights for my husband's truck - expense $100 LED lights recommended by the store - and they were a disaster. They only work on high; the AutoZone employee said we needed to install a voltage regulator to manage the higher draw. But only one guy knew how to help us with it and we could never get there when he was in. So we decided to switch back to regular lights. TJ the manager was gone by the time Rob got there. The two employees in the store couldn't or wouldn't help. Dennis was nice enough but unskilled. Xavier was rude, told Rob "I don't care," when asked for help. I was to exhausted to remember anyone’s name, but the, what I would call new..er female that I believe is the manager has always been fantastic. After speaking to her around 4p to confirm parts were available, she said they would be pulled and ready. After calling them back at 8:40p to ensure I was bolting wheels on and still coming to pick them up, I arrived at 8:53..they close at 9p…. Everything I needed was on ready and on a cart so I could easily roll it out to my pickup, I feel like the worst customer arriving so close to closing time but because everything was ready to scan and charge me, I was out of the store in less than 2 minutes! 2nd time this manager has gone...

Hate to do this, but I had a bad experience here. As soon as i walk in with my old part, the first thing Manager says, "we dont have those here" without even looking up the part very unprofessional from a manager. I told him i had verified that the part was in stock thru the Autozone app and still did not want to search up part until the 3rd time i asked. Feels like he didn't want to be there and was incompetent He had to call his boss on how to do his job... Dont go here go to Oreilys or Napa they actually have experienced employees, not like Autozone they hand out Gray Shirts to anyone.. If could give 0 starsI would, Poor...
