This place is an absolute disappointment. Granted it's a Taco Bell and no one should have high expectations, but their customer service is the worst of just about any business in Elbert County. I don't know what the name is of the older lady that works there, and at this point I don't care to know it. Her customer service is the worst of them all. She has to be one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. The other morning I drove over to get my daughter and I breakfast. I asked if I could get the orange juice in a cup with a lid and a straw. Now, knowing that I asked for it in a cup, I obviously knew it came in a bottle. However she told me that it comes in a bottle. I told her I understood that but I would like to get the cup lid and straw due to my daughter being only a year and a half. She told me that she could only give me the straw, so instead I had to order another drink. Today, after being told that she was the only one working at the time over the drive thru intercom, I tried to order something that you can get at almost any other Taco Bell. However I got cut off at bean burrito. I tried to order a bean burrito no red sauce add egg for breakfast. But before I could finish getting out my sentence I was told that no lunch items are available before 11am. Thankfully there wasn't anyone behind me in line at the drive thru because I honestly told her "never mind" and backed out and left. I won't be wasting any more money on this establishment. If I really want Taco Bell I'll travel the 35 minutes to get...
Read moreSo about a year ago, this was my absolute favorite fast food restaurant. Everything legitimately looked like the pictures on the Menu. Since then, I have yet to receive a satisfactory meal. Each time there have been glaring mistakes that even people with a VERY low standards would even be like.... what the hell. Crunch wraps without meat, crunch wraps without the hard taco shell, makes it a weirdly shaped burrito, naked chicken chalupas with only tomatoes inside(which are also drastically smaller since they’ve brought it back, by like almost 50 grams.) and even crunch wraps with literal teeth marks on the tortilla and a myriad of they forgot (insert any item), god damnit whatever they’re like 15 minutes away it isn’t worth the drive. I know the food is cheap and pretty delicious.... so for most it’s worth it. But it isn’t for me, not anymore. I have low standards if I’m eating fast food, this Taco Bell now has low enough standards for me to even pass It up. I’d rather have a cup of water for dinner, at least that’ll meet...
Read moreWaited in drive thru for about 30 minutes... finally get to the window and the young man whom I did ask his name, was Dakota. He was very polite and apologized for the wait and gave us our drinks and told us he'd get our order as soon as possible. I watched as Dakota was not only handling drive thru but also the lobby by himself. I found out that there were 3 people making the orders. When I got home ( less than 2 miles ) I found that my burrito supreme was not only NOT rolled but NOT wrapped in the paper! The tortilla torn and hard, and the fixings in the bottom of the bag and all the food cold! For 3 people making orders this is very unacceptable!!! For this reason I only gave 2 stars. If I could give stars to just Dakota I would give 5!!! He's exceptional and should be given a raise and a promotion!!! He really cares about your guests!!! Thank...
