Food was not bad, I really enjoyed the pollo Broster and the different sauces. My complaint like many others is because first they did not pick up the phone to either both numbers they post and then the wait time. They need to improve their system. They told me wait time was 45min after I placed my order, I left and came back 55min later to give them ample time to have my order ready, however we had to wait an extra 35mins. And it was so dangerous because there was no parking and many cars and trucks were coming in to get gas so I had a hard time finding a spot, thank God I went with my sister if not, I'm not sure how I would have picked up my order. Price for Broster was fine but I think the salchipapa is too expensive. Hopefully they improve...

The wait time for the food to come out was over more than 30minutes. The food itself was horrible. It literally tastes just like Burger King food. The price was outrageous too expensive for garbage food. Also, we are not able to park in the parking lot because of the other guy who share the store with gets upset about it. Like where am I suppose to wait for my food if it’s been more than thirty minutes? Overall, experience is trash and I haven’t been so disappointment about a Peruvian spot but...

I have no idea why their reviews are low because EVERY SINGLE ORDER I’ve gotten has been 10/10 from flavor to costumer service. Yes the wait is a little long but come on greatness takes time. SUPER DELICIOSO!! Mis respetos al o los cocineros...
