Elizabeth River Parkway — Attraction in Elizabeth

Beautiful little park. Glad I visited. It comes up so fast that I didn't even realize I was there. There definitely isn't a River here and sure enough one by Elizabeth. Which Elizabeth is it btw? The big one across the pond? We have a garden State Parkway, which I understand due to it being the motto of our here great state. But Elizabeth River?! I gotta get the story on that one one...

Elizabeth has come a long way. I'm in my mid 50s been around all my life, we have a Great Mayor(Mayor Bowage)this river and Montano park all the way to S.Broad Street. Guarinanco park otherwise. I briefly was in a part of the park but noticed a terrible parking situation however. I would recommend going in the spring. I was visiting from out of town but have relatives in the area. Just . amazing am proud...
