This specific location is fairly busy because it's new. I usually have a good experience when I go, but today was a bit much. I went through the drive-thru placed my order and paid at the window, being that it was busy the employees asked all the customers to pull around to the front of the store and wait in their cars and the orders would be brought out to them. I pull around to the front, sit in the parking lot and wait for my order. About 20 minutes go by, and I'm wondering, why is everyone getting their food before me. I go in and come to find out they didn't even remember that I was out there. I don't know if they may have given my food to someone else, or just never made it. But when I got in and told then how long I was waiting, they ask for the receipt. I gave them the receipt, and they said amongst each other, Oh, snap, was this the messed up order? I'm thinking to myself, well if you messed up the order the first time, someone come out to the parking lot and tell me it'll be a little longer to wait. And being that it was so busy already, I ended up waiting another 10 minutes just for an order they allegedly messed up. I wasn't happy that day. Read moreLet me start by saying my love for Taco Bell has no boundaries. It transverses space and time and will be a part of my heart for the rest of eternity. With that being said my Taco Bell experience today was god awful.
The amount of time I had to wait for my 2 Mexican pizzas had me thinking that they were carefully placing each ingredient which such care, that the Mexican pizza was going to come out with a perfection of which the likes I’ve never seen. But as you can see from the picture plopping everything onto the center of the tortilla seemed to be more the strategy.
On top of the 20 minute wait and unloved pizza, they forgot my nachos and cheese which I had to then go back and ask for so that was fun. I hate giving bad reviews but the food and service is a clear representation of the effort being put in by the staff. Hate to see the Taco Bell name tarnished in this way.

Read moreDrive thru service was fast and friendly. However the order was incorrect. I took my adult son to this location before heading out of town. I usually check before pulling off but the person who took the order repeated it correctly and the receipt also had the request of the nachos meal to have no tomatoes or sour cream. I was in a rush driving a few towns over. To our surprise the order had everything on it. A total waste of money and time. I had to go nearby to purchase more food. It would be nice if the people working in this type of service would make sure things are correct, especially with so many people having allergies no a days. The drive thru attendant was friendly and polite while taking the order and the money. Gave extra mild sauce like we requested. However we couldn't use it. Manager told my son to return with the old food later that day or next day. Smh. I'd just ask for a refund. It messed up the whole meal. We didn't return.
