White Castle — Restaurant in Elizabeth

We had received a bad report from this place from someone within our network. They were walking long distances and needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, despite the person begging and pleading to use the restroom and explaining that they walked for miles to use it, a Black heavyset lady said no to them three times but stated they can only if they made a purchase. The said person had no money with them and calmly explained that to the worker at the cash register while her associate looked more sympathetic yet apprehensive to say something in their defense. Still, the person who still had the bathroom emergency said okay and simply just left to go to Shop Rite and used the bathroom with no problem at all. Best of all, they did not need to make a purchase. One can ask White Castle how can you refuse to have a person use the restroom over failure to make a purchase based on being a victim of circumstances and yet insist on not considering a basic human right; one going to use the restroom? We find that this is preposterous and is an inhumane act towards humanity and the common good. We are going to escalate this to the president of White Castle very soon. This case started with us was generated in October 2023.

Didn't get any service that day 7/15/2023! I and my wife stopped by "White Castle" at @approximately 5:38 pm to order some lunch. My wife had gone into order. She ordered the food While I parked the car. She had a family emergency. She told the manager working at the time that her husband would be in to pick up the order if it was okay! She said the female manager already had an attitude 😒when she walked in. I came inside and presented myself. My wife had come back in to see what the hold-up was. To make a long story short She canceled the order and asked for a refund!!! That was the third time we had gone into that "White Castle " in Linden on Edger Rd and had to deal with unprofessional managers, employees with attitudes, no customer service skills, playing around in the back of the counter laughing and giggling like hyenas while some customers have been waiting around for their food for DAMN NEAR! 20-30 minutes plus even the ones that might've ordered online SMDH! Lastly, it doesn't help that they're short-staffed...

2/14/23 today I ordered #12 Breakfast sliders and asked only egg & cheese. I was asked which bun did I want never was asked that question before so I said the bun that goes with the breakfast sliders. I repeatedly told him egg & cheese several times. I pulled up to pay and the lady asked me again I said egg & cheese only and she said to him I told you she only wants egg & cheese. I pulled off and Thank God before I went home I checked at the stop light and see egg , cheese with a burger ?! I made a u-turn and went back on the drive thru and told the man my ordered is wrong I only wanted egg & cheese. He got annoyed and the lady said I told you egg & cheese. I never experienced this at this location. All my regulars are amazing. Today was a horrible experience if he is there I would drive the extra 15 mins to the next location.
