02_09 Update:. Ordered online and picked up at the store. Staff was super pleasant and helpful. Pizza and other foods were perfect, again. The pizza was a thing of beauty upon opening the box. The toppings were distributed equally across the pizza and the cheese and crust were baked to perfection. Thanks for another great experience! If you remember Domino's Pizza being that flat and tasteless half cooked pizza from the "Avoid the Noid" era, you are in for a surprise. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients on several options of crusts. The sandwiches are great and the salads are crisp and fresh! Desserts are always worth the money and add that extra special something to your meal. Use the app to order and you can get points towards a free pizza! Delivery or pickup the pizzas are always made fresh, hot and quickly. Ordering from the app or online you can watch a timeline of what stage of preparation your pizza is in as well as who is working on it after you order. They have contactless pick up at the store and you can leave instructions on the on-line and app orders for specific instructions to deliver, like leave the pizza on the table on the porch. There are always deals and coupons when using the app or online to place your order. They can also deliver to business addresses, so get your hot and delicious lunch delivered and make your coworkers jealous while they eat their cold bologna sandwich and stale potato chips out of a sad brown paper bag. They guarantee the pizza to be correct upon delivery or pickup, but if for some reason it isn't, just contact the store and they will take care of you. Domino's has improved 1000% over the last decade or 2. I personally love a thin crust chopped tomato, spinach, and feta cheese pizza or the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich. I never would have imagined that they would be my "go-to" pizza place, but they are! Quit messing around with those other pizza joints and give Domino's a try, you will not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have a recorded video of a female manager that is currently at the Domino's in Elizabethton at 8:53 p.m. on May 30th 2025 they charged my husband's credit card we waited over an hour for our food to show up it never did he called at 8:50ish and we were told that our food was sent and delivered to an address on Huntington and they signed illegally on my husband's credit card we spent over $50 it's a misdemeanor and I do plan on taking action I'm not going to be treated this way by an incompetent manager and horrible employees and bad service. to somebody else and that person signed for my food on my husband's credit card they delivered food to my address before and this manager has been so disrespectful and so rude all because she's too incompetent to do her job and had my food that I already paid for sent to an address where they just literally got over $50 in food for free I am beyond pissed and I've got it all on video and I do plan on speaking to the police about them being so stupid to let somebody else sign for my husband's credit card maybe you all shouldn't have your new untrained employees take orders over the phone. If I had to guess you were the one that was going to have to deliver the food and you were just too lazy to do your job but thanks for giving my food to somebody else and then letting them sign my husband's signature for that food on my credit card. I also plan on sending the video of that ignorant rude and competent employees you all need to do better the person was going to get a very good tip because of the drop they've done it for us before and now it's an issue because they don't know how to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a couple of pizzas last Friday for carryout. Well I had nothing but problems out of it when I went to pickup my order from them. First from the very beginning, the cashier was extremely rude and not helpful. I went to hand her my money (a hundred dollar bill), that's when she then advised me that she can't make change for a $100 bill - which after the total of my order, she only needed to make about $60-70 in change... It was the MIDDLE of the DAY on a FRIDAY and there wasn't enough money anywhere in that store to make change? She told me that I need to go somewhere else, get change there, then come back. š¤Æš«£š¤ I'm sure there's times my schedule and what I have going on wouldnt be so difficult, but there's no way i could make that work that day. So, I had to leave empty-handed. Which was very disappointing. But I've been in a managerial position for almost 10 years now and right off the top of my head, I cannot think of one time I've refused someone's business - especially over something like making change. I would find change to make change, I would be embarrassed if one of my customers left without what they came for. I felt like a burden and problem as soon as I walked in the door. I love Domino's! But in my experience, as someone who works with the public/the customer service industry of any kind you are supposed to try to make sure your customers leave satisfied/happy. The customers are what pays for the whole operation to continue. The worse part is that I left completely empty handed. Needless to say, SOO very disappointed with the whole...
