Dunkin' — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

The drink I like is never made right at this location. It always tastes nasty. I have tried it 3 times. Never have this issue at other locations. Went there for what should have been my final time last week. Ordered, paid then I'm told they don't have what I ordered. Kid ( aspen) refused to give me a refund. The the 5 employees there at that time where not allowed only a manager. But told me I can have something for free. Technically not free you owe me money for the item I paid for but didn't receive. Had to go back next day for refund. Now tonight 2 hours before they close same kid tells me the kitchen is closed I can't get nothing. Which I know is a lie or they closed it early so their lazy butt's didn't have to work. I have gone to the one in Mt joy at 845 and still received my food item. Same with this location in Harrisburg ( the new one near Walmart). This location in Elizabethtown is trash. You csn tell by the 3.5 overall rating it has!!...

I’m giving this location 2 stars simply bc the staff is at least kind and helpful and the store is clean and has a good atmosphere. Unfortunately the last three times I ordered coffee from them it’s awful. This morning my coworker and I both had the worse coffee drinks we couldn’t even drink. We went to the Starbucks down the street and laid to re order our drinks. I’m not sure why I order the same drink at every Dunkin’ (and I am all over the place for work) and this is the only location that repeatedly...

This Dunkin is completely trash! Their customer service is completely horrible. They have no time management. Waiting 10 mins for an order that was placed as a mobile order 10 minutes prior! Got a coffee today and a women who was making the coffee had to make a smart comment on how I get my coffee made to her co worker RIGHT IN FRONT of me. I typically am not one to complain but this has been ridiculous! If you are going to judge the way someone likes their drink right in front of them you don’t deserve...
