If I could give you 0 stars I would. You constantly mess my order up. Last time you did the manager took my name down and it was recorded which items you messed up. Now all of a sudden you won’t honor your mess up on my 2 tacos. Then I order tonight my potatoes have sour cream when it clearly says no sour cream, my nachos that I paid extra for everything had nothing on it. Then want to tell me I’m not allowed there anymore because i said I wanted your name since you’re the manager there and said I was going to be in the morning to talk to you since your employees cannot read a screen right or get my order right. I have pics of my orders and the receipts. I work in fast food and I’m understanding about mistakes but instead of honoring my remake that was marked down since that manager no longer works there you can’t do it and still mess my order up! Read moreDelivery drivers beware! I just received an order for this store and it was generated by the store for a “customer”. The problem is that this store closes at midnight and I received this order at 12:35 AM. Unless I’m mistaken, that would be after hours of business. This order was inflated with a sizable amount in pay in order to lore a delivery driver to a location that is extremely far from, the hot spots at the time. I would not know why a restaurant would place an order after hours and after verifying with the store verify that they close at midnight. Unfortunately, this leads me to believe that another driver with access to a friend or possibly the employee themselves whom could be a driver sets this up so that they can remain (or their friend) in the busy area capitalizing on the night. I know that this is a big implication to the store but my concerns have gone to deaf ears and social media seems to be my only means to get my message heard.
