Starbucks — Restaurant in West Donegal Township

On vacation with family from MA (where you can find a starbucks around every corner) so I was very excited to find one only a few miles away from our hotel. Both times we went we had the same Blonde worker who made our experience miserable. She is short. The coffee that she makes is good, so i’ll give a star for that, but her attitude is horrible and she takes FOREVER to complete an order. Someone in front of us ordered a frappuccino and instead of starting the frappuccino and then taking another order, she just sat there and waited doing absolutely nothing. Then when it finally became our turn to order her attitude was HORRIBLE. We could barely hear a word she was saying she was talking so lightly and would often sigh. She just looked miserable. Again on the plus side she made good coffee, but it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get 2 drinks when your there’s only 1 person ahead of you in line. not happy whatsoever with the service i had received today. i had ordered a VANILLA iced coffee with ALMOND milk (due to being highly lactose intolerant.)

i received an iced coffee with almond milk. when on the cup it said vanilla. i nicely said that there was no vanilla and they quickly made me a new one. the girl who made my coffee had a bad attitude and wasn’t very customer friendly as well.

this next coffee was a vanilla iced coffee with REGULAR milk which i obviously can’t drink. so i told them once again; that i am HIGHLY lactose intolerant and cannot drink that.

I am a daily customer at Starbucks in Etown. I agree they have a problem with whoever orders their supplies. They finally got a new expression machine which has cut down on the machine being broke. I don’t blame the barista because they don’t have control on the ordering. The one other time was when the blender was down. It took a month to get another one. While I say all these negative things they work hard. Almost all of them know my name and what I order. I love my iced van latte with half milk and half sweet cream.
