Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

MANAGER DENIS HAS THE WORST SERVICE! NEVER GO HERE! I visited this store in Elizabethtown, only to be called on the phone shortly after from the rude and highly inappropriate store manager Denis. Here's how everything went: First off they didn't get our order correct, and the girl at checkout just stares at me with a blank expression and offered nothing to fix it. My aunt got two 20oz sodas and put them ON THE COUNTER RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE GIRL. Apparently she only charged us for one. We get home and while we are eating our already cold pizza, Denis calls us demanding that I bring the soda back or come back and pay him 1.25 for it! I explain that we in fact did put the soda on the counter and that it was a mistake made by the girl at the register. He continues pressure me and demands that I come back. I work retail and for legal reasons we are only allowed to REQUEST that someone come back if we didn't charge them but never can DEMAND it. I also explain that its only a $1.25 we are talking about, he raises his voice and says "THATS A DOLLAR TWENTY-FIVE OUT OF MY POCKET!". He then tells me that if I don't bring it back I'm stealing and threatens to call the cops saying they will charge me with theft! HA! Really Denis, they are going to knock on my door over a soda that YOU MESSED UP ON?!? He also threatened to blacklist my 92 year old Grandma. I have never been treated, or heard of others treated this horribly in any retail experience. DENIS YOU CAN NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS! You weren't even there when I brought your measly little soda back. The superior at my workplace informed me that there is LEGAL ACTION that I can take against Papa...

Stop here on my way home to Columbia after dropping my children off with their father. Placed my order before I left my ex's placed. They had plenty of time to make it. I get there and pay. They tell me it will only be a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes goes by and a guy comes out and hand me 4 coupons. I asked if they were good elsewhere he they say "yes". Well they aren't. Meanwhile my husband is in the car with our screaming infant. I try and ask for a small cup of pineapples and get ignored. I go out to the car and talk to him and come back in. By the time I get my food a good 60 minutes from the time I placed the order had gone by. Now I have my food and can finish going home. Based on two recent experiences. Price for the pie not worth it overall, but it's honestly not bad for the convenience. I live nearby.

Ordered online pre-rush on a Friday. I show up, plenty of staff, still not finished, no sweat. It took about 10 extra minutes. Okay, np.
