Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Elizabethtown

Went & got ice cream tonight around 5:40pm like my family does about once a week-every other week. I bought a sundae, which I have purchased multiple times before. My two scoop sundae was SO skimpy, and usually I can’t eat 3/4 of it. Today, I ate it in 6 bites, LITERALLY. That’s a $5 ice cream. When I mentioned it to the girl working, she said that the sundaes are kids scoops. Yet, the ones I have had in the past have never been that small. My husband’s double scoop in a cup was skimpier than usual as well. My son’s single scoop was the only one that was done properly. We have ALWAYS had great service and got full from our ice cream, until today. Already spent $13 of ice cream here, and going to the store to get more because the only one satisfied is my 4 year old. This location has gone downhill. My husband and I went for sundays today at the drive through. We ordered two one scoop sundaes, but there wasn't even a whole scooop in the cup. When I looked at the receipt, we had been charged for two, two scoop sundaes. I went into the store and spoke with Odin who proceeded to tell me he heard my husband say two scoops, that he made them himself and did put two scoops in. Oh, and since I had already eaten the sundae he really couldn't help me. Long story short, he continued to argue with me and got a little belligerent. Now, I have been eating BR sundaes since before he was even born so I think I know the difference between one and two scoops. He took my name and number for the manager to call me, but, no one has contacted me. Will not use this...

Great location, great sweet treats. We love coming to Baskin-Robbins for a Love Potion #31, it's out of this world. The store is smaller then the one a few miles down the road but that makes it cozy. This store is always clean, has a friendly staff and a huge assortment of delicious ice cream. You can also order Ice Cream cakes or specialty cakes. These cakes can get a little expensive as well as the other treats so keep a close eye on your total as you continue to order. Leave a tip for the employees if they did a great job. Imagine scooping cones for 4-6hrs. The parking lot can be a danger zone, it is organized strangely, pay close attention to arrows and other cars going the wrong way. Worth...
