I'm not sure why this place has so many good reviews. The coffee and the service are both terrible. When I went here I was excited to find a good local coffee place that I could have breakfast at. When I walked in their first thing I noticed was that the music was too loud and there were children running around screaming (not what I look for in a coffee house). When I got up to the counter I ordered a red eye and a bagel with cream cheese, paid and sat down. It took just over 5 minutes for them to make my coffee. The coffee was bitter, tasted burnt and was watered down. I can honestly say that it was worse than Sheetz, Turkey Hill, Wawa or McDonalds coffee. I waited another 15 minutes for my bagel but it never came.

I can only guess that the good reviews for this place are from friends of the employees and younger kids who don't know what a good coffee house is. I will never go back to this place and would have given it "0" stars if that was an option.
