I basically got robbed here for my last bit of cash, I am homeless trying to save every bit I can. Lady was rude the entire time making my sub.. then when asked if I wanted a combo I said yes.. she then asks what size drink. I say whatever the cheapest there on the board is.. she then tells me that it dosent matter she rings it in the same way.. well if it doesn't matter then ill take a large obviously ... smh well she over charged me $1.20 for a large soda .. then this lady trys throwing out my recite like no i want that duhh ... ok whatever i feel cheated so i just ask for my money back no harm no foul i haven't eaten any of it.. i mean i could see if i ate half, then tried saying something but no, no food has been toched by my hands.. and she still refuses to refund me .. .. I already added the total in my head saving me just enough for some much needed Hot tea as tonight it is below 30 degrees and the wind goes right through you.. just to top it all off when I finally omit defeat sit down and try to separate it into smaller peices to conserve for the next two days i find when i asked for the sweet onion teriyaki sauce she literally drowned it to the point it was soggy and thats all you could taste ... thanks subway.. Read moreHorrible. I used to order from here regularly but I will not be ordering from here again. Ordered my regular footlong through Doordash and this time it came with onions. Never asked for onions on any other order because I cannot eat them or anything that touches them. It causes me to break out in hives. Sent a complaint to Doordash once and Subway twice. Doordash apologized immediately and offered a few dollars for the inconvience. Thank you for the concern Doordash!! It wasnt even your error and at least you tried to make a bad situation better!! Subway management thanked me for contacting the store and "shared my valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future." They sent that automated email response twice. Subway in no way made any attempt to fix their error which makes it clear how they feel about their customers. I would think that a refund should be issued for the inedible sub. Instead, its a thanks for your money, we dont care that you couldn't eat your lunch but I'll let my team know about dietary restrictions. Definitely will not be spending my money here again. Read moreI was there last night to get dinner for my family. The crew working consisted of 4 high school kids, which they were all very pleasant, but the problem I seen was, only 2 of the 4 knew what they were doing. I understand training new people and maybe some were learning, but they all should be trained on register. Only 2 of the 4 knew how to run register and 1 of them was out on break. The poor kid (I think his name badge said Landon) that was running the line helping train the others, and then had to run over to register to ring me up and then run back to the line. The girl (Audri) who was out on break will or did have the same issues when the boy, Landon goes on his break. Kuddos to Audri and Landon for an excellent job. Hopefully they are paid correctly for their knowledge. I hope the other two working get the proper training to succeed at their jobs. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. Just hope the employees get all the training and praise...
