I used the too good to go app, I was first to pick up my order, and they gave the order to someone after me who came in 5 minutes after me and they used the same too good to go order. They gave that person 2 bags and they started packing me a new bag. They only gave me one bag. When I got home, the chicken was uncooked and frozen. When I called them, they said I would have to talk to the manager tomorrow since he left. I didn't have dinner for my family.

5/2022 5* Five stars for this place. Service was quick and great. Chicken of course was fantastic. And I look forward to visiting there again. The Cheese fries were not the best. $4.99 for Cheese fries? Thought it was high. But when I got home, I see there was a small container for $5. And not much cheese. Got to the second layer of fries and it was dry almost. I just won't get that next time. Chicken was good though!!!

I recently held an event at my Park District. The owner/manager Eddie at the Elk Grove Village location was super helpful and worked with me to accommodate a large group. The event was very successful and everyone loved the food. Will defiantly use again for our next big event, thanks again Eddie!

Update 2/18/25 They fixed the biscuit issue, well, depending who's making them. I have to ask to see them first.

New issue is the chicken. Why is my box of cold chicken full of emaciated tiny chicken pieces that are so dried out that even the tiny bit of meat on them is inedible? I compare the fresh wings I ordered to the ones in the cold box and the difference was astounding. Nothing is consistent at this location. They really need to address these issues or I don't see them being around much longer. I can't imagine that they don't notice what's going on. Maybe they just don't care. I will add pictures shortly

Once again, What has happened to this location? I thought the overcooked biscuit issue last time was a fluke. Apparently NOT. They are way overcooked. They should be light golden, NOT dark brown hard crust. Is it new owners? I've never had this issue at any location except Elk Grove, recently. Please fix this. I will be giving it one last try before I stop going to this location all. Together. Please check your own advertisement posters for what the biscuits are supposed to look...

I'm giving them a tentative 5 stars due to a mediocre visit a few months ago. The customer service was lackluster. Today I wasn't in person but the phone service was on point. Happy, helpful and friendly. I like the selection and so far all has been cooked well and tasted good. The selection is far greater than you get at other chicken places. Next time, I think I'll try the rib tips and pasta. I like the tenders and the perch. A nice variety of sides and sauces too. I'd say keep an eye on customer service and keep making the food fresh. And the cole slaw was...

I’m surprised this place is rated over 4 stars at the writing of this review. The chicken was not bad. Seasoning was mediocre, but chicken tasted fresh and juicy. I threw the sides out (Mac and cheese and cheesy potatoes) because they were just awful. Sour and over salted- the both of them. Somehow the (probably spoiled) cheese was soupy in the Mac and dry on the potatoes, tasted dreadful. The place was dirty and dated. The service was fine, did take a while considering everything there is premade, but whatever. I don’t see myself ever...
