My order was made incorrectly (there was an incorrect substitution) and the remake was made incorrectly as well. After the order was made incorrectly the first time, they were gracious enough to agree to remake the drink because they misread the label. However shortly after agreeing to remake the drink, the cashier notified me that the manager said they were unable to remake my drink with the substitution. At first I thought they were unable to make the substitution because they had run out of the ingredient, but this was not the case (and was confirmed by the cashier). The app allows me to make this substitution when I am mobile ordering so the manager may be misinformed. Regardless the substitution was a dollar extra to the total cost of the drink, and on the remake they omitted the juice that I paid extra for. So essentially, they made the drink how it normally comes and I paid a dollar extra for it. What made it even more frustrating is the manager did not come to explain the situation themselves and instead was having the cashier run back and forth to explain the situation. Even after explaining that the app allows this substitution, the cashier apologizes but hands me the incorrectly made remake of my drink and offers the first incorrectly made drink...

No major issues, however today when I checked my history and noticed that in March of this year (2 months prior) I was charged $30.25 for 1 grande latte. Quite expensive for one medium coffee. I went inside and spoke to the employees there and they were nice but couldnât help me because they said it was due to âa glitch in the systemâ and referred me to call 1-800-782-7282. I called and spoke with a lady named âMoyâ I explained everything in detail and said sheâd noted my acct and was going to transfer me to the correct place but she hung up instead. I always purchase a Venti passion iced tea, sweetened with lemonade and light ice. 7 times out of 10 my drink is bitter and I have to go back to get it remade. Today the barista, Bryson, made my Venti tea and it was perfect! Not only was I satisfied by my drink being made correctly the first time, Bryson provided excellent customer service and a fast, efficient transaction. He's has a great attitude and deserves all the work hours! I hope he's full time because he is amazing! I want your manager to know you're an amazing worker!
