Little Ceasar's CHESTNUT RIDGE used to be the VERY BEST place to get pizza around here, NOT anymore. Owners & managers always say keep the customers happy so they keep coming back. I am one customer that used to order every other day same thing everytime. The employees from here well one in particular refuses to make a CUSTOM made pizza, which they are suppose to make if its customely ordered, but lies n says they don't have it anymore, they'res no button for it anymore. A Deep Deep Dish stuffed crust MOST people go to little Ceasar's because they make the best stuffed crust pizza. N as of today me & all the other people that have been refused what were RIGHTFULLY made to order WILL NO LONGER GO TO THIS ONE. I will drive 50 miles away from this one just to have somebody do their job n make the pizza I have been getting for years. I live 2 miles away from this ones location, pretty sad I have to drive another 20 miles just to have the right pizza made, when it could have just been made here. I give all the CREDIT to the guys that work here they have made it for me everytime, left them tips n was very happy to go back, they for sure keep their customers happy n coming back. Some of the girls that work here are miserable, make the customers miserable, they make the pizzas look miserable. I would suggest new employees that don't shove the customers right out the door, or hangup on loyal customers that puts money in...

Not to say it was bad. But nothing stood out like it used to.
The customer service was great from being to the end.
Just pay 14 dollars for topping was just too much. Which...

Came in 3/29/21 at 4:15 and it took the young man 15 minutes to take my order even though the store was not busy at all. No hot and ready pizzas were available and the overall time from start to finish to make one hot and ready pepperoni was 30 minutes. Just imagine the CHOAS here if the place was busy. The atmosphere today just felt like the staff didn’t want...
