I eat at this restaurant 3-5 times per week. I generally order extra meat with my dish. These employees are ALWAYS respectful and go above and beyond! This specific instance I ordered my usual off which when I called they merely asked, “is this Jon?” I replied yes. I paid for the extra meat as usual, but once I got home realized I had definitely not got the extra meat. I called to address the issue and “Sun” one of the employees was so respectful and offered to not charge me the next time I came in, and also assured me that if there was EVER an issue please ask for hi personally and he will handle it! This is the type of customer service that our world has lost and needs to be Highlighted💯 I run a business myself, and honestly I don’t know if I would’ve handled it as well as he did! Interesting there is no sign in front stating you're at the right place. The food was ok but overpriced for the portion size. I ordered chicken panang and my spouse pad thai. The panang was loaded with carrots which I largely removed after which I had little more than a snack (went to McDonalds afterward). The portion size on the pad thai was ok for my wife but would have been borderline small for me. The place is very small inside. We sat in the booths to the left of the entrance which might have seemed ok, but take-out customers sat in the seats beside the booths which put them only a couple of feet away and I don't like someone sitting that close and watching (or talking to a friend) while I'm trying to eat. I haven't eaten at this location since it went by the old name (Ten Ten Thai I believe?) However, I'm quite pleased with the new look! The restaurant is cozy and quiet, private booths on one side and tables on the other (not the biggest restaurant, so I'm not sure about large parties. Always call ahead!) As someone who has worked in the restaurant biz for over a decade, the food and service are always the most important factors to me. Service was excellent, fast and friendly! The food was Phonomenal!
