Hopefully it was just a bad day but was greatly disappointed with The Flour Company products. Fire roasted jalapeno and cheddar sourdough sounds awesome and might have been had it any significant jalapeno or cheddar content. After slicing it up I could not find a teaspoon of both combined. Croissants were more like a miniature loaf of sourdough than traditional croissants and the chocolate version was about like melting half a Hershey kiss and injecting it into the mini-loaf. The shelter was very nice. It was raining awful,cold,and water was standing on the ground. There was so much water it that your shoes and britches legs even covered in water. They should put some drains in under the shelter to help with the run off of the water. Great location. Great selection of businesses. The honey is amazing, the danishes and pies are delectable, and the conversation with such a wonderful group of people never disappoints.
