The Burg Coffee & Kitchen — Restaurant in Ellensburg

This is my favorite place in town to go to for coffee, tea, or just a bit to eat. Every time my fiancée and I come in, we are welcomed with smiles and kindness. We love this place and appreciate how wonderful the staff is, honestly this place is just perfect. The owner is always starting conversations with the customers, and asking how their day is. The staff as whole are always working so hard and doing such a good job. Their go-getter attitudes make my day. Their food is always amazing, and they have gluten free options(which is hard to come by in a small town)! They also have options for mimosas and charcuterie, which is so awesome! Not to mention how good their coffee and tea is. Love their matcha lattes too, honestly anything here is so good! Love the little pop-up events they do, as well as the specials for each season. I have two favorite qualities of this coffee spot: the staff and the coffee. The people who work here are top-notch; very kind, and very patient. In terms of food I really like the triple berry waffles - the fruit is fresh and the syrup is on the sweeter side (which I prefer). My mom loves their acai bowl. The banana bread and the muffins aren't really my favorite; I found them to be a little odd. They also have a long list of syrups, including sugar-free options beyond the usual vanilla and hazelnut. If I could rate this place a 1 start I totally would, I had placed an order and my order was delievered to the wrong place - my mistake for putting the wrong address after thinking I did the right address. I went to to coffee place to see if I could at least get a refund or remade - a lady said that the “owner” was going to call me back, but couldn’t refund me or make a new one that exactly second. they did call me back pretty much said they can’t do much andro go back for a free drink when I was already there and didn’t get anything in return.
