Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ellettsville

We typically order from Papa Johns more often because they usually have better deals and lower prices than the competition. However, the last several times in a row that I ordered from here I got my pizza home to discover that it was not done. When biting into a slice it is still a bit doughy. And the bottom of the pizza is undercooked just enough that it's sticking to the box. The first time I thought it was an oversight or a mistake, the second time I was starting to wonder but this time makes three times in a row and I'm not sure I want to continue ordering. Even though I'll pay a little more from Domino's, I may start ordering from them more frequently. I have never once received an undercooked pizza from them. An undercooked pizza that is still doughy can make people sick. It certainly doesn't settle well with my stomach. On a positive note, the staff at Papa Johns has always been friendly to me every time I have picked up my pizza. I have no complaints against the staff. On Saturday September 10, 2022 at 9:20p.m. I placed an online order from my app! My order was over $70 and I included a $12 for the driver! I received notification it was taking longer than expected! It originally said 32 min. I waited and waited. At 11pm I called the store and Autumn answered. I asked her when would my order arrive. She says" the driver said he couldn't find it and I didn't answer when he called!" I told her" that is a lie as I am sitting right here waiting for further info on my order!" Tried to order the "Your favorite items for $6" online but wouldn't let me use another card for my address so I called in to place the order and he tells me I can't have a Philly Cheese steak pizza as part of the deal but it lets you build your own online which is why I was ordering online in the first place. He then says "Oh,well I guess it will let me add that and you just pay for extra toppings" ok fine no problem.
