Subway — Restaurant in Ellettsville

I just left the Subway in Ellettsville Richland plaza I noticed it was new Arabian Guus working there I never seen before and never will again! I have NEVER felt so Uncomfortable in all my life and I am 36 years old! I came in for 1 sandwich and there was a guy with kids in front of me. The Indian guy making my sandwich kept whispering to other employee and looking up at me several several times winking at me while I looked elsewhere. I was very short with them and was nervous for the guy in front of me with kids to leave because I would be left alone in there. They of course walk out the guy making my sandwich walks AROUND the counter and comes to stand right next to me as I was paying with card. It took 2 guys to accept payment and that guy beside me made me feel so uncomfortable! He walked by the door and all I could think was he was going to lock the door! After paying he FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE asking if we could talk!! I said No and fast walked to my car. I will never go to that location ever again!!! I...

I frequent this particular Subway. The last 2 times I have been in, I have encountered the same woman. I was in today 7/1 at approx. 7:00 PM. She refuses to speak to anyone, she just stares at you dead eyed until you get uncomfortable enough to place your order. Then she did this. (Pictured below) I looked at her, and then I looked at the sandwhich, then her again and she seemed completely uninterested. She made my sandwhich while she continued to glare and make the whole thing uncomfortable. I've witnessed couples arguing and was left less uncomfortable than the 5 minutes I was in the store.

Let me note I have worked at a Subway. I know how difficult it can be. In spite of this, I would not accept this gross lack of customer service from any...

I thought this subway was open until 10. When I drove 20 minutes away to get sandwiches for a group of 8 adults and 2 slightly obnoxious 13 year Olds. When I got here I saw an employee or the owner... (I'm assuming) walk from the restroom to the back of the store. The time was 927. This explains why when I called at 915 no one answered. I will say that usually the food from here is made very well and people have been nice. It just socks to drive 20 minutes one way and the store be closed-ish and a closing time of 10 pm. If covid closed the store earlier, that's fine... it's okay...
