Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ellijay

There are few options in this area and I find myself using this one as a last resort easy fix for times when I have many mouths to feed and many differences in taste preferences. It's hard to go wrong with pepperoni pizzas and cheese pizzas combined! I would rate the quality as similar to a frozen pizza that you cook in your oven. It lacks the crunchy, buttery texture while the sauce and cheese are a bit bland. There is no "zeal" or "zing" associated with each bite... I wouldn't care so much if the price was on par with the quality but I used to be near a Domino's and the pizza quality was far better in each area I listed above while costing much less! I'm not here to advertise for another restaurant but figure the two are aimed at the same customer base and set to compete with each other.

Customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant is not on par with most any establishment!

The lobby is a place I would only sit if I were wearing work clothes and was already nasty.

The service is slow and extremely robotic/impersonal. Employees seem annoyed that they are there and by having to even talk to customers, especially if it is to ring up the transaction!

All said, I will still order at this location for convenience but I would move to another option if one were presented!

I hate having to write this review but it is accurate and maybe it will result in some improvements down the road.

I have never had a bad experience until my last visit. After working a 8 hour shift, I was extremely tired and decided to stop for Pizza for dinner. This was the worst mistake of my day. Upon arrival, the drive thru window had a sign that the window was broken, "Come in to order". I entered the restaurant, no one in sight to for the 1st 5 minutes I waited in a darkened entrance/order area. I scanned around and noticed a filthy kitchen, dirty windows and floors. I only noticed two workers but there were "friends" of the workers entering and exiting constantly while I waited. I ordered two cheese and one pepperoni and was asked to wait on the cheese. As normal when asked to wait, I sat in my car waiting for a worker to deliver to my window, which never happened. I actually waited almost 30 minutes before another patron walked in and out saying I had to go inside to pick up my order. By the time anyone told me this, the pizzas were cold, tasted like cardboard and inedible. I am not one to complain and always appreciate fast food workers for jobs well done. On occasion, I tip good service. This visit will be the last I ever make to this location. Either they step up their game or they need to shut the establishment. The filthiness and the rudeness of the workers of the store was unexceptionable. Sorry to say, I would not recommend anyone I know to spend their hard earned money at this Ellijay...

If I could give no stars I would! Their customer service is horrible. Their manager can hardly speak English which normally would be fine but when she chooses to speak rudely of her customers not knowing they know Spanish that's a problem. We went in and ordered about a week and a half ago the order was wrong, I then proceeded to go back in and ask for it to be remade specifically told them how I needed it made and they still made it wrong yet again. Since they couldn't seem to get it right I asked for a refund for just that pizza and for them to make it correctly they decided to refund the entire order which we still have yet to receive the money for. They then stated that they would not remake the pizza because they refunded the order and we would have to pay for the entire order again. I called tonight and asked for them to either give us cash for the order or for them to just remake the one pizza they messed up and they again refused and said it's out of their hands. They then proceeded to tell me to call corporate and gave me a non working number for corporate. I confronted them about it being the wrong number and they continued to state it was the correct number and then hung up on me. Will never...
