SPRING PLAZA — Local services in Ellijay

No bathrooms!!! Small children, older adults & people with certain health issues should have access to a bathroom, this can cause harm to some people!! I KNOW some of the thrift stores HAD bathrooms and before the pandemic you could use them. THE PANDEMIC IS OVER. I understand you may have volunteer/employees shortages and may not have enough people to man your dressing rooms. But no one has to "man" a bathroom. You have one for your employees, surely someone cleans it, what difference could it make to offer the same courtesy to your customers if you want their business? I have always loved shopping this plaza when I vacation in Ellijay. But if I have to leave to go the bathroom, I'm not going to come back. Normally, I would have hit every store, the group of women I was would have spent the rest of the day shopping, you LOST REVENUE because you didn't have restrooms. Isn't it a law that a public facility has to have a restroom? UNBELIEVABLE!! Your lack of help along with shortened hours is already costing you money. Your lack of consideration will may be your demise as a business. Wake up before you go...

Roots Thirift Store is a clean thrift store with built.on a great foundation. I love the faith based music that plays while shopping. Their inspirational wall decor helps set a positive atmosphere. Double L is the best home cooking in all of Ellijay the only bad part is that they are only open Tues -Sun and during week only for lunch I think sat and possibly sun might be open for breakfast only those days though but lunch all rest...
