Holiday Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Ellington

Quite possibly the most immature and childish restaurant I've ever dealt with. Years ago I ordered a salad and a burger with no bun. Sounds simple enough right? The salad came as just lettuce and the burger was just a patty in a styrofoam container. I called them up and told them to come back and get the "food" and I wanted a refund. Fast forward two years and I decided to give them another try and see if they've improved. When I called for delivery they put me on hold and came back and said "We're not delivering to you. You had a dispute with the owner." Well owner, you are the most unprofessional business owner I've ever come across. Your number one goal should be to fix customer relations, not destroy them. My husband decided to surprise me with a quick lunch and bring me to the restaurant and the experience was amazing. From the first moment that you enter the restaurant you could see a clean and pretty decorated cozy place. The person who attended us was really amicable. You feel like you know them for a long time. We just bought a cheese pizza for try the place and was so delicious. I think that’s the best pizza crust I ever ate. Is the perfect texture, the flavor of the cheese and the sauce is the perfect amount. The price was right and the attention was excellent and the flavor was exquisite. Well done...

I ordered a special, chicken and broccoli cordon bleu. It was frozen food like you'd buy at the grocery store. Helping was small adding insult to injury.

My companion's meal looked a little more appealing and received a mediocre review. That made me consider a second star.

The waitress was friendly and helpful. I tipped her $5. The $26 bill was not good value for my money though.

The dining area was clean enough but looks well-worn at best.

I wish the owners luck but have no plans to return unless I hear of massive improvements being made. Right now there are many better options...
