Nico's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Elmwood Charter Township

Stopped in today and had a great experience! First off, getting in and out was easy — it's conveniently located right off the road with plenty of parking.

The place itself is spotless- the floors, counters, and seating area including outdoor seating were all well-maintained and inviting.

The pizza… absolutely delicious! The crust had the perfect balance of crunch and chew, the sauce was flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese was perfectly melted. What really stood out, though, was the spinach artichoke topping sauce — such a unique and tasty touch! It added a creamy, well-balanced flavor that complemented the rest of the pizza beautifully, I'm so glad we tried it.

The owner was very nice and friendly, you can tell he spends a lot of hands-on time at the store and takes pride in his work and providing a great experience to his customers. I would post a photo of the pizza but we ate it all. We will be back...

After Mancinos closed, my husband and I wondered if we would like Nico’s. We received our answer quickly after we orderes the grinders and noticed how tasty the bread was. We then tried the pizza and were greeted with the same experience, tasty bread equaled tasty crust. They always do a wonderful job, the place is clean and the employees are friendly. Thank you, Nico’s, for taking over the tradition of our pizza and grinder store and we just love the location as the park across the street is also a wonderful...

This food is legit! These are the best grinders I have ever had! The grinders are all made on the most delicious homemade bread. Seriously, the bread is a hit all on its own. I got the Chicken Bacon Club and my husband got the Pizza Grinder. As an added bonus, they have homemade fresh baklava! It is the most authentic baklava you will find in Traverse City.
