**update 6/26/2025 Price for a burger, fries and a drink are now $21 with tip. It's really getting too expensive to visit here. Should be $10 for all the above as one price and then $3 for a happy ending sunday as a separate price. ... At this current pace of inflation, I'm worried that this simple meal will be above $30 in less than 5 years. If the owner of this establishment is not in control of the pricing, they can pass along my advice to someone in corporate. Bring the prices down, advertise more. Tell people that you get value, great flavor, great prices, fun and a Sunday for $10 instead of $22. Too many restaurants are pushing higher prices. A drink is 97% water and 3% syrup. Costs the owner 10 cents a glass but they now charge $4. This is a good starting point to save money for the customer and bring more traffic in by getting those drink prices down to $2 or free with a meal.

Delicious & mouthwatering food, super yummy desserts, great experience!

Pros: Delicious food Juicy & flavorful burgers cooked to perfection Very tasty buns Perfect and addicting cruchy fries with moist bites inside. Everyone kept eating my fries! Clean restaurant Plenty of parking Free parking Lots of tables Super friendly employees Very fast service (less than 5 mins to get food) Good drink selection Outdoor seating under tents during stupid lockdowns of 2020. Indoor seating is back!

Cons: Slightly expensive. I would suggest dropping the drink prices to $2 each or include it free with a full meal if the customer adds a dessert.

Another suggestion would be to add Joes raspberry tea to the iced tea selection and to the sodas, please add diet rootbeer, and...

The one star for service belongs to the young man who worked the hostess stand and waited out tables. Literally the kitchens made so many jokes in the back and mistakes they were so loud and didn’t care. We watched tables go un busted due to clearly everyone not wanting to wash the dishes (I’m coming back to this comment) my steak, mash and broccoli had two pieces of meat in it the rest fat. Like literally served me brown fat. When I showed the server he let them know in the back they remade just that portion perfect. We all ordered our desserts and instead of them coming back stating they couldn’t put my ice cream on the side they just brought it out how they wanted. When we asked about it we were told it disrupts the work flow & spreading my ice cream from the brownie would’ve been too many dishes. We ask to speak to the manager Nick comes out and tells me it’s really busy in there… legit only 6 tables in there with people. He told me we missed the rush we were there for over 2 hours we saw all of four people leave and heard there complaints also. As my fiancé explained this could’ve been on one plate just separate sides again and how the customer is always right or they should’ve explained they couldn’t do it Nick goes no that’s not true and you have understand we have one person doing everything. When explained the issue with the fact that what I asked still only required one dish and telling me that basically no one wants to wash dishes is wild. And also not my problem. I haven’t been to Friendly’s in years this location is the closest really terrible because I’m told it depends on...

This was my first time at a friendly’s in my life and the experience was so/so..As I walked in I had to wait to be seated about 10-12 minutes because there was no host in the front and workers kept walking by us finally the manager came and took me to my table..Me and my fiancé sat down and looked over the whole menu decided what we wanted and it took about 15 minutes before a manager asked us have we been helped we said no and he sent the server over to us and as we waiting him and a another server was arguing..we finally ordered and the food was good the shrimp was amazing and the fries were really good but I’d advise never ever get rice from them so disgusting..my fiancé enjoyed his grilled cheese as well and our server never checked on us at all finally once the food was done she came over we ordered ice cream which was absolutely amazing the sundaes are the best..finally it came time to pay I gave the server my credit card and she was gone for about 20 minutes with my card in this time I witnessed her get into a whole argument with another server because neither wanted to take a table that just got sat finally she gave me my card back…all in all the food was great the service tho definitely needs work they have to many employees who don’t really wanna work oh and cleaning needs to get better 2 tables were sat at sticky tables like come on it’s Covid so clearly cleaning isn’t being...
