Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Elsa

Well, im not giving them no stars you don't deserve not even half .Horrible service! I ordered on the app waited an hour and no delivery. Called the Elsa location and like always ring ring ring and no answer.. So I placed the order again paid, and had my front door open to wait for the pizza since the app said out for delivery. Here I am waiting, keep in mind I have a buisness and flags up and have gravel trucks coming in and out the location. When I call the Elsa location I finally get a hold of someone. Eric Contreras so he said, tells me the canceled my order that the driver said no one answered which I know is a lie. Im sitting with the front door open facing the street. That he had called my phone and it wasnt working which again is a lie because its a business line. I have my assistant to witness no one came and they did not call!! This Pizza Hut do not let you order a pizza when it’s free and you have a all of rewards points. Tried ordering yet again today and yea I was able to order but hey guess what? I still couldn’t order from my rewards! So then I called to Pizza Hut to see if someone from offshore could not help me she instead gave ma a number from rewards to help me out and someone from San Antonio was no help either. So then I go to Pizza Hut and I was told they had no control over that and that the wait for a pizza would be 2 hours. So instead I went to Walmart and bout a pizza and it was way cheaper and better tasting! So I just think that all this thing with the rewards are just pure nonsense! I’d rate it a no star on all choses…when back today an order a cheese pizza with extra cheese but they give me a cheese pizza without extra cheese and I paid for extra cheese. I love pizza hut the wings are just to die for and the pizza was okay 💔 I'm just sad that I got my pizza before closing I spent $56 and some change on a big dinner box with wings and couldn't call to complain. I paid for extra cheese on both my pizzas and none came with extra cheese this is not the first time this has happened 💔💔 it was more bread and sauce than anything. I'm sad about my experience here because I always spend a good amount of money here just to not get what I paid for. I will not be ordering from this pizza hut ever again because this is not the first time I order and pay for extra cheese and I do not receive it on my order so I'm starting to think it is something done on purpose by this pizza hut because one or two times okay but past 4xs already!
