KFC — Restaurant in Elsa

Based on negative reviews from previous customers, I will stay away from this KFC. Who wants raw chicken or burnt chicken, extremely long wait times, extremely salty fries, hard biscuits, cold food, missing receipts and napkins and having to ask for them, watered down drinks and sauces, old food, being confronted by rude employees and workers either in the drive thru or when picking up their food, not answering phone calls when trying to file a complaint, not correctly prepared foods, closing early when they close at 10 pm, sick workers, ridiculously overpriced meals, filthy inside or flies inside this restaurant, not prepared foods, etc. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO STEP 1 FOOT IN THIS KFC OR DRIVE NEAR IT. BUT ONLY IF YOU LIKE LONG WAIT TIMES AND NOT MINDING THE FOOD ISN'T MADE CORRECTLY OR A KFC LOVER THAN YOU COULD PROCEED INSIDE. GO TO A DIFFERENT KFC INSTEAD OF THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION. FIX YOUR PLACE, IMPROVE YOUR PLACE, STOP ALL THIS BULLCRAP. DONT APOLOGIZE ELSA KFC I WILL NOT FORGIVE YOU FOR WHAT YOU DID TO ALL OF US. I can't give this place zero stars or I would. Back in February I bought a meal. Brought it home after a long day at work. I get home and it's raw. I'm 3 miles from the restaurant outside of town. I called the restaurant and I spoke to Arlene who was nice enough. I explained what happened. She proceeds to get her shift supervisor on the phone who spoke very broken English. I couldn't understand her except she was asking what MY problem was. I told her about my dilemma. She proceeded to tell me that she would replace my meal whenever I wanted to stop by. I assured her I was not calling for a free meal but to bring it to their attention. Long story short..a month later, I stopped by for my Number 6 meal. The same supervisor. Again she greets me with "What is your problem"? Not how can I help you. I told her I would call the district office or and let them know about the service she provided. If I could give 0 stars I would, I wanted to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but it's always the same experience. There's this one lady that always seems to have her children there, I get it you're a working mom and it's the summer, what I don't like is there making huge messes at the fountain drink station and running around the register the back register. You see them more at the register than the mom. They take ages to come address you at the register at that!! It's super annoying having to wait even after you try and get their attention with the little bell they have. There is one bright side and it's the tall lady that works there, she should be running the front since the one time I got their attention her customer service was sweet. But then she went back to the kitchen and had to wait another 15 minutes to try and get the other ladies attention just because things were missing. This day took the cake (her kids literally kept grabbing the ones at the register and putting it back) anyway there was flys and beyond in...
