We have been coming to rodeo dental for years. We decided to move our kids from Edinburg to this clinic. Never had issues always wonder why we would pay so much. Just never questioned it. It was until my daughter got braces. We found out that we are not in network that’s why we pay so much. No one in all the years have told us this. BEWARE! Do not get braces fillings or ANY SERVICE here! My 17 year old got braces and the next day they were popping off cutting her gums. Every week for a month we were back in that clinic to get something fixed. We ended up canceling service moved her to Mint Orthodontist and haven’t had any issues. Rodeo dental never refunded my money as promised. Because I left a higher down payment than I was supposed to. We were not planning on moving our kids from this clinic. But when I would try to follow up with the manager she never took my calls or returned them. She clearly was ignoring me or she is getting paid to not be there. Then my son started complaining of A LOT of pain. We took him to another dentist and they told us the fillings were not done correctly that this is why he is in so much pain. So this was the last straw. The service and materials they use are worthless . The manager should be fired or sent to a training on how to manage the clinic and speaking to the parents. I have been taking my kids here for years so this is completely shocking to me. For My toddlers last visit there I was told he needed a total of 6 crowns. 6 CROWNS!! I was completely blown away when I was told that. Anyways I was scheduled for the procedure that weekend. And for some reason I wasn’t able to take him so I rescheduled him. The second appointment I was just not 100% sure about it and so I rescheduled it again. When that 3rd appointment came around my gut just told me to get a second opinion so I took him to a different dentist and there I was told he did not need any work done! My baby’s teeth were perfectly healthy so in that moment I started rethinking every visit to rodeo dental. They probably tell parents their kids need work done just to get that extra pay. This is absurd I cannot believe they are capable of doing such things. Imagine the pain our kids go through getting these procedures done when they don’t even need it!!! The dentist I took my child to for the second opinion mentioned that several patients have gone to get second opinions and it’s always the same outcome. Their children did not need work done but yet are being forced to...

I normally don't do reviews but this this office deserves recognition since they exceeded my expectations!! I have been through many specialty clinics and franchises, both as a patient and clinician, and this office really stood out to me by the level of professionalism they had while still making it very personal and engaging for my nephew.

My 2 year old nephew has had some bad experiences, especially at Advanced Dental Associates (which I strongly recommend you all avoid. it was the worst), but my nephew felt very comfortable with the doctor and staff. the assistants were amazing!! not only catered to my nephew but me as well assuring me that we all felt at home. I especially impressed by the female that was at the front desk and was also my treatment coordinator. I dont remember her name, but my nephew just gravitated towards her.
