East of Chicago — Restaurant in Elyria

I called at 5:03 on Monday 12/4/17, and ordered two Italian subs for delivery. I got a new number so my name didn't pop up in the system. We order from this location around 2-3 times a month, we love the subs. The girl who took my info wrote my address and number down wrong (ive lived in this location for over 3 years and have been ordering here the whole time) After an hour and 15 minute wait, I called to check on my order and was told that the address was wrong, they wrote down 284 Washington avenue and also wrote my number down wrong....I explained that I am a returning customer and I can assure that was an error on the girl who took my order, the MANAGERS reply was that she cannot discount my food, and that it was my fault I gave the wrong address and phone number! I am 33 years old and speak proper English, I'm sorry but that is false. Ordered Three 16" Pizzas on-line and paid with a credit card. Manager John calls me and tells me that they don't carry 16" Pizzas at his location. Okay so I say "send me what you have, the regular large and refund the difference. This genius tells me that that is not possible either because he has no way to refund my money. So I make one more attempt to resolve the issue and ask him to just add an order of wings to cover the difference. This guy has the nerve to tell me that he can not authorize $7.99 woth of wings to compensate for him downsizing three pizzas on a $50.00 order. I end up canceling my order and ordering with Pizza Hut instead. Now all I have to do is write a letter to the East of Chicago Pizza Corporate Office to get my $50.00 back. What a rip off!!!

I have been ordering from here for just about a year love the subs hate the service, I have waited up too two hours for an order, and now the latest I put an order in at 3:00 but they didn't get there truck yet, I was willing to wait for 30 minutes to see if it came and received a phone call it was not in at 4 but the manager was going to call and let me know soon. I did not receive the call by 5:30 i called in only to find out my order was on the way, so ok food was cold!!!! But we finally got it at 5:50 Service sucks...
