Lolli-Pops Bakery — Restaurant in Elysian

I can only rate on what I've had so far. I have been tasting cupcakes and sweets for my son's wedding. The picture of the bars was half size, I cut them in half to share with a friend, so original size is double. We had the lemon cupcakes at a tasting open house and were very good. I ordered lemon bars for a couple bridal shower, and they were very good. I had them make me red velvet with choc chips and key lime pie for a tasting and they were a bit dry. I was reluctant to let them know, but I really wanted to have a local person do the desserts. Once I let them know, they thanked me, told me what had happened and had the normal baker make me another batch. They were 100% better! The pictures you see are red velvet, red velvet vanilla swirl, and the strawberry cream was AMAZING! They are very nice people, willing to listen to what you want and work with you to get it right! I appreciate that! needless to say, they are making the cupcakes for the big day and delivering (for a fee) for me to the venue which is out of the area. I'll try the hot food some day, then I'll change my 4 rating no doubt to the 5 but for now, its a 4 just because I haven't tasted it all or sat inside...

When you step into Lollipops, you can’t help but get excited. The food and drink options all look amazing and it’s so hard to pick what you want!

I recently brought some out of town guests along and they kept asking, their whole trip, when we could go back! The food is fantastic and you can tell it is made fresh with real ingredients. The seasoning in the breakfast burrito is spot on and the warm Caramel roll literally took us back to my mama’s caramel rolls growing up!

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great too. I will admit— we brought in quite the crew of littles with us and despite our chaos, we felt so welcomed and genuinely appreciated.

Been a seasonal at Kamp Dels for 4 years and finally was able to venture out around the surrounding cities. Discovered this little slice of heaven and our family is obsessed with their coffee, treats, breakfast and lunch items. The Brown Sugar Cinnamon is amazing hot or cold and both with whole milk or oat milk. My husband is simply satisfied with their black coffee. The Apple Crumble Cheesecake bar knocked our socks off along with the Cinnamon Rolls and 7 layer bar! We have tried all their breakfast options and lunch items too and wow…just wow.
