Stumbled across this place on a ride along the Sakatah Singing Hills bike trail. It is my kind of shop. A) I love ice cream. B) I love biking (they do rentals). C) I love kayaking (rent those also). D) I love ice cream.
It was clear upon entering that the owners were hands on. Super friendly folks with small town service and small town prices.
Had just finished a fairly lengthy ride so I treated myself to a very generous 3-scoop medium waffle cone and a hot dog with mustard and kraut (donāt judge). Suffice it to say both were amazing!

The shop owner filled me in on a bit of welcomed information. š I explained to him that some of the wedding party were staying in hotels in Rochester, Minnesota. He shared with me that there are some cabin rentals (longer stay options) available on a lake nearby. I took a brochure and shared it with the rest of the wedding party. I hope it drums up some business for that...
