Dunkin' — Restaurant in Emerson

This location has the most terrible customer service ever. I went there to pick up my mobile order. The young lady was very pleasant told me the wrap I ordered is not available so if I wanted to substitute it. I said sure can I get sausage egg and cheese, she said okay. She proceeded to make the sandwhich then asked me do you want only egg and cheese, I said can you put sausage she said yes. Then another older women came to me and said you are not getting a sausage egg cheese wrap. You are getting the chicken wrap because that’s equivalent to your original order. (Not my fault your other employee is uneducated in pricing etc) Normal customer service would be pleasant, ask me if I was okay with it, or if I can substitute. No, this women was very rude and tried to tell me what to order. I told her maybe in the future you can put in the app that the item is unavailable because this is the second time it’s happening to me at the same location. She didn’t say anything, walked away and spoke to an older man which I am assuming is the manager. He came over and told me we have no control over the app so you’re getting the chicken wrap (lies) and don’t ever disrespect my employees and get out of my store. Also he said to me” You can go to another dunkin”He humiliated me in front of all five women he worked with along with the customers in the store. It was so unprofessional and unnecessary. I was not loud or out of line. He has no respect for women and does not care about customer service. Another customer she saw this happen and screamed at them of how unprofessional they were to me. They are not bad at food service the problem is that they treated me with disrespect. I was eating and I had just gone to use their bathroom and they accused me of leaving toilet paper in the bathroom and that I did not flush. I had flushed and I never put toilet paper in the toilet. Anyhow first one of the worker went to go check and then another older worker went in and when she came out she asked me you can use the bathroom? And I said yes and then she proceeded to say then you can flush the toilet. The problem was I did flush the toilet and they just acused me with no proof. Like what if someone else had went in and they just decided since I was the only one their I was the one who didn’t flush the toilet? I feel ver disrespected and I will not be going back their because of how they treated me and not say they have also treated other people badly before. I’m a nurse at a local hospital and recently learned that Dunkin' Donuts was offering a free coffee promotion in honor of Nurses Week. I reached out to inquire whether they might be willing to provide coffee for the nurses on my unit, and to my delight, Mohamed and Foram went above and beyond. They generously supplied us with delicious coffee, complete with plenty of cream and sugar, and even included complimentary Munchkins—all while kindly declining any payment.
