If you like Craft beer you will Love Black Canyon Brewery. I have been to Brewerys all over the West. Seattle has many Great Brewerys. Portland, Bend alone have 35 +. California has many many. Colorado, Montana, Utah, has many Great Brewerys. I have been on trips where we do nothing but go to Brewerys. Each Brewery has several Great Beers. But I've never been to any Brewery where every beer is Great. Until I went to Black Cany on Brewery . I ordered the flight of beer. 5 out 5 beers were winners. Every beer was excellent. That is AMAZING. I did not think it was possible . I had the IPA. EXCELLENT. BROWN ALE EXCELLENT. COPPER ALE , over the top EXCELLENT. PALE ALE EXCELLENT. PEACHES AND CREAM EXCELLENT.. Do yourself a favor. Take a drive to Emmett and experience this Phenomena. Open every day but Tuesday . Yes the food is EXCELLENT Too. We had eggs Benedict, it was awesome. I savored every bite. The cream on it all was the people. Amanda, Dave, Leslie, Jaden, Corbin are amongst the friendliest folks you will meet. I must say this place deserves 10 stars out of 10stars. Emmett is located over the hill from Boise.Nampa.Caldwell. Emmett is in Gem County. This is the Gem of Gem County. I especially appreciated the music too. Santana playing on the Stereo.. Now that's...

Giving this place a sparkling review.

We are in town visiting our friends, we are from Boise and dine out frequently. I just had to leave a review here and compliment the team that makes this place Emmett’s hidden gem. Drinks were great, food was seriously fantastic. We had biscuits and gravy, eggs Beni, and the brunch dog.

All were really good, but the biscuits and gravy were truly the star of the show. The homemade biscuits were sooo good! And the gravy… we all said “wow” after we took a bite!

Staff is sweet, helpful, and timely! They had two different runners, one for drinks and one for food. I can appreciate that being a former server, it makes the place run like a well-oiled machine. Which was our experience.

My husband and I and our friends will be returning to try other things on the brunch menu. Very happy we found such an awesome environment that delivers in...

My dad was visiting from out of town, so my husband took us to finally check out the brewery. There were four of us adults, plus my 6 year old daughter and 2 week old son. The service was fast and friendly, the beer was amazing, and the food was great. My dad, brother, and I ordered the beer flight and while we were waiting, the staff brought out a little snack for my daughter! We also shared the ceviche and black & bleu sausage. Absolutely fresh and delicious. I ended up ordering the peaches n cream beer—not typically a fan of light beer but it was too good and perfect for the heat. My brother asked if they do brewery tours, and my family was able to take one with the brewmaster. The atmosphere was relaxed and I loved the decor. My 2 week old slept the whole time :)! I highly suggest checking this place out and we...

Came in on Sunday after the 4th of July, the place was pretty quiet, the waitress was nice and attentive. The good: Beers are tasty and cold! The not so good: they had a “limited” menu due to the busy weekend, and in my opinion they shouldn’t have even tried to sell food. Our $16 shrimp tacos were very underwhelming, small tortilla with maybe one shrimp, then chopped lettuce and tomatoes. In addition to having tacos available they had hotdogs or hamburgers, the only side option was corn chips. After seeing other reviews and photos of the menu my family left very disappointed and unimpressed.
