If you don’t like this place, you’re honestly a scumbag. The food is great and Jorge is a fricking saint. The staff is exceptional. I’ve been going here for years and this is by far my favorite ever place to eat. Never loved a restaurant more. HIGHLY recommend the Cali burrito, chimichangas, and soups. I’ve never once been disappointed by the quality or service. This place is like a third home away from the other two homes. You can guarantee that if this place closes that I will stand outside of it day and night in protest until it reopens. If I’m ever absurdly rich, there is a 100% chance that I will buy this place just so that it stays just the way it is as well a hire Jorge or one of there other current chefs to be my personal chef. Jorge, if you ever need an organ, I would be honored to be your donor. You are the light at the end of the tunnel. If there is a heaven, it better have a Jorge’s. You and your restaurant have been a remarkably pure and positive influence on the lives of everyone I know. Jorge's is my all time favorite place, and soon be be yours too. Such great food and even better costumer service. HIGHLY reccomend. I always feel very quilty when I eat at a different mexican food place, because Jorge's is the bomb. Also because of Jorge's I place high expectations on other mexican food resturants. So my wife was admitted into Scripps which is right across the street from this place. I wanted to eat a good meal because I haven't eaten well for a few days worrying and such. I came here because of the reviews. I ordered 3 flautas and a can of Sprite.. my ordered was called and it was 3 chicken tacos. I looked and told the guy that it was wrong. He insisted I ordered 3 chicken tacos. I continued to explain to him that I didn't. He looked and acted upset, I was drained from everything I was dealing with with my wife and just said "fine I'll just eat them". He didn't even offer a replacement.
