Morning shift 2/15/2025 I was visiting family on vacation and decided to stop by the shop because it was highly recommended from Family friends so I decided to take in my little one and was treated with the best customer service I could have asked for I would like to say thank you to the boy who is working today this morning shift I believe his name was Andrew for his great suggestions and his patience because my little one got so overwhelmed with all the different flavor options and the entire time he had a smile on his face and even though he was in the middle of doing I believe inventory he still stopped and instantly asked how he could help made suggestions on flavors for me and my daughter as well as suggesting some places we could go and visit and escape from the snow a little it truly made my life easier as a single mom in a state I’m not very familiar with. First off. We love this place and the staff is always so friendly, but, twice now we have been in and I've witnessed cross contamination. The first time was the gentleman helping the line was checking people out and than helping the next person in line, he checked someone out with cash and gave him change and cash back and continued to use the same gloves he was wearing...while serving people cones and grabbing the scoops for the ice cream. This is just gross. Needless to say I will never order a cone here but, thats ok. Also I witnessed another employee drop his glove on the ground and pick it up and put it on and continue to help customers. I just want management to be aware and maybe train the employees better on...

As much as I enjoyed its predecessor, Glacier Ice Cream, I was thoroughly impressed with my first go at Little Man. Walking in, I was immediately struck by the retro feel - it kind of feels like you are walking into an old burger shack - and the cleanliness of the store. While some of that can certainly be attributed to its "newness," the staff clearly takes pride in making this a good-looking store.

In terms of the ice cream itself, I was blown away! I got a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (my go-to flavor) and fell in instant love with the ice cream's texture, balance, and, of course, flavor!

With a bunch of unique flavors, friendly staff, and a solid location, I highly suggest Little Man if you are in the area...
