I was on my way to my best friend’s place when I spotted a new Thai restaurant off Hampden Ave. Having just returned to the U.S. after weeks abroad, I’ve been craving the dishes I ate constantly while traveling—Phat Kaphrao topping the list. It’s been surprisingly hard to find here. So when I saw “basil stir fry” on Aloy Thai Eatery’s menu, dinner plans were instantly decided. We both ordered Thai tea boba (because yes), started with wontons, then dove into our entrĂ©es: me with Phat Kaphrao, my friend with Penang curry. We shared bites because you can’t keep flavors like this to yourself. Everything was spot on. Medium spice didn’t even register for me—guess my tolerance leveled up—so I’ll be trying spicy next time. The place was buzzing with customers, which is great to see even if it’s hectic for the staff. It’s always a good sign when a new restaurant draws a crowd. I highly recommend giving Aloy Thai Eatery a try. Sit down, scan the QR code on your table to order, and your food will be brought right out. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

So happy they opened a location in Cherry hills ~ aloy is my favorite Thai spot in Denver. They just opened 4 days ago, so a couple things on the menu weren’t available yet but should be soon (cocktails, mango sticky rice). staff was super friendly. Portions are large, we ordered 1 appetizer and 4 dishes to split family style with 4 people and couldn’t finish the food. Drunken noodles were the favorite, but I also liked the basil fried rice. The basil stir fry and panang curry were excellent as well. There was a mistake on one dish with the wrong protein, which they promptly corrected and brought out the right dish at no extra charge. We will be back!

Walked in in the middle of a surprise Colorado evening storm - I was super excited to see another Aloy location, and I needed some drunken noodles in my life. Ordered the Drunken Noodles extra spicy, with a Bangkok Mule on the side. Food was out in a flash, and was the perfect level of spicy - some of the best drunken noodles I’ve had in Denver, with a huge portion to boot! If you’re looking for some solid Thai comfort food and some delicious thai-inspired cocktails, look no further. Aloy always kills it (You can see just how excited I was to get in to that plate)

My friend and I just ate here for lunch!! The food was AMAZINGGG! Truly tasted like Michelin star chef quality, all the flavors complemented each other perfectly, and was one of the best bites I’ve had in months if not years! The staff here were so nice and welcoming! The manager spent time a good amount of time with us, letting us ask questions, and telling us about their history as a business. He even said Guy Fieri came and reviewed their restaurant in 2017!! They were so transparent and kind, one of the best customer service experience we’ve both had in a long time too! We had such a wonderful time, thank you so much and we will be back soon!!...
