Lenox Drive In — Restaurant in Enid

Excellent food. I tried the mushroom Swiss burger and fried mushrooms during my first visit. The buns were soft and fluffy, meat was tender and juicy, cheese melted to perfection, mushrooms were soft. The fried mushrooms were a perfect side for this entree.

My second visit I had the Inferno burger with cheddar peppers. Again, I was impressed. Just hot enough, very filling for a good price. The cheddar peppers were cheesy and the peppers stayed in the breading (which is frustrating at places like Sonic where the pepper just falls out and you're left with breading and little cheese. ) Everything was fresh and free refills.

Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable pricing, incredible food, only thing I dislike is that I can't give this review a 6 out of 5.

Update. The Lennox driveiin now has a really nice asphalt drive and parking! The patty melts are STILL amazing, as are the rest of the sandwiches they sell. All food is cooked to order so no dried up burger buns here! March 2021
