The Wooden Nickel BBQ — Restaurant in Enid

Got the steak and eggs with home fries which are basically sliced potatoes with no seasoning at all..my food came halfway into my eggs there was a hair sitting in yolk.....gross man then asked for some A1then I got an empty bottle and then they handed me 2 empty cholula bottles..after while I got another bottle...I let it go whatever it happens but then I cut into my steak I asked for medium and it was still purple in the middle...it was that raw...no blood came out nothing...that raw I got up told the waitress she even saw how uncooked that steak was...it still had a dam heartbeat in it....after what happened and I walked out straight up.....never coming here again...

Been in Enid 40 years and have never heard of this restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem. The waitress was very friendly and kept our drinks full and made sure to keep us informed of how long our food was taking. Which only down fall was the wait for the food but we did come in right when breakfast was wrapping up so maybe reason for it. But once we got our food it was ok in the world again. Everything was so good and perfect portions....

Food might be good I wouldn’t know. Me and girlfriend stood for almost 10 minutes waiting for a table to be cleaned off so we could sit. Everyone inside stopped and stared at us when we came in like some hillbilly Alien body snatchers. After not being waited on or acknowledged at all by any employees and people watching our every move we left. One of the Most awkward uncomfortable experiences...
