Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Enid

A year ago I gave Marcos 5 stars because the pizza and service was really good. Today I can not give them the same rating. I order the same pizza's and cheesy bread almost Every time we order twice now one of the two pizza's we ordered was wrong. One time it was remade and we were given the corrected pizza. The last time we ordered(10/7/2018) and drove home with it (which is 35 minutes away from Enid) just to find out the second pizza was again not made right. I called back and spoke with the person in charge I was told they needed my name and address so it could be passed on and that this would be taken care of. I even text a picture of the pizza along with my information to the person in charge. Today is 12/15/2018 and I still have not heard anything from the company...

I use to order from here every week and every week they screwed up my order, last time I guess they forgot how to bake my pizza because I had to cook it. The manager promised me a free pizza and I never received the voucher. They deserve ZERO STARS! It's usually ok the staff is pretty friendly half the time you go in there there's singing or Screaming or being silly the drivers are pretty good though I've had my deliveries and reasonable or good time never had a problem with the food making me sick or anything it's decent quality definitely not the best he's a place but for a chain restaurant it's ok don't go eat there it's a tiny tiny building probably 3 or 4...
