A couple weeks ago my mother and I went and purchased a stove here. We spent over $500. We also needed the stove delivered and installed. The owner says for $50 the stove would be delivered and installed. So, I payed him $50 in the store, along with the price of the stove. Stove gets delivered. Delivery guy says, you owe me $110. I said, no sir, I payed the delivery and install charge at the store. He says, oh okay. The owner came to our house 2 weeks later at 7:30 pm asking me for the $110. I sayed, you told me $50 and I payed it at the store. He says, well my delivery guy did a lot why he was here. I said, he turned off the gas. He said, yes and that's going to cost you $110 extra. I said, well that's not what you said at the store. He said, oh yes I did. I then say, well give me the ticket. He said no. Just never come to my store again. You know, what's wrong with people? All of that bullying was very unnecessary. That is such horrible business. This man and his delivery man need to let people know what to expect before doing anything extra then delivery and install. I would have never allowed him to turn my gas off if I would have been told ahead of time that it was going to run me an extra $110. Merry Christmas...

My mom bought this stove, and the orifices weren’t converted correctly from natural gas to propane. The burners burn unevenly and dangerously — flames shoot up and could easily explode or burn someone. When she called to have it serviced, the company actually said they don’t service their own products. That’s unbelievable for something that serious and potentially life-threatening. We had to shut the stove off and find someone else to inspect it. If you’re using propane, double-check your setup immediately — and be aware that you might be completely on your own if...

Repeat customer. I have over the past 20 years purchased 2 washers, 2 dryers, 2 ovens, 3 dish washers, a refrigerator, and soon a new upright freezer. The repair man, the delivery guys, and the sales guy (Doug-I think he’s the owner not sure) but they are all great. They know their products well and have great customer service.
